How do I delete my account?
Open your profile in the app or on the web and choose “Delete account.” It removes your saved places, plans, Moments and notification tokens permanently.
Scout is showing the wrong city
Tap the location pill in the header to pick a city, or allow location access to use where you actually are. You can change the search radius from the same panel.
I’m not getting plan reminders
Notifications are opt-in. Enable them from a saved plan, and confirm Scout Places is allowed to send notifications in your device settings.
A booking or price looks wrong
Tours and stays are sold by our partners and their availability changes often. Always confirm on the partner’s checkout page before paying.
How do I report a photo or answer?
Email us the link and we’ll review it. Every upload is also screened automatically before it appears.
